Agreement to Terms

By using our services, clicking the submit button, or continuing to use your username and password, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are representing a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms, which will then apply to you and the entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not accept them and may not use the services.

Your access to and use of the services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, credit card information, mailing address, state and county where the case was filed, and case file number.

Please note, no refunds are provided once you receive the username and password.

Entering your name in the registration form's "Full Legal Name" field constitutes a legally binding signature for the purpose of credit card purchases.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Determination of what constitutes a material change will be at our sole discretion.
