Description of Service
Putting Kids First® provides online parenting education classes designed to meet court requirements. Our products are the Co-Parenting Class, the Parenting Class, and the Complete Bundle (both classes). Our services include:
- Access to the online class or classes you purchase.
- A review upon completing each class.
- Certificates of completion with electronic verification.
- An optional printed mail-out version of the class.
User Eligibility
This class is intended for parents, legal guardians, or caregivers of minor children.
Registration and Account
To use our services, you must:
- Provide truthful and complete information when registering.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One purchase, one student: Each purchase entitles one (1) person to complete the class or classes included in that purchase and receive one (1) certificate per completed class (the Complete Bundle includes both classes and yields two certificates for the same person). Login credentials are for personal use only and may not be shared. Each person who requires a certificate must make a separate purchase.
Certificate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information for your certificate, including your legal name, state, county, and case number. Certificates are issued based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
What “Approved” Means
Putting Kids First is Approved by Courts Nationwide. Approval is not a single national stamp, and no one office approves parenting classes for every courtroom in America. Approval is earned courtroom by courtroom, over decades: judges who have seen the certificate before, attorneys who recommend the class, and court staff who know the name.
Where a state maintains an official provider list or approval program, we participate and hold those approvals. Every certificate carries a verification code any court can check in seconds.
We do not promise that a specific judge will accept a specific certificate, because no provider can promise that about any class.
Payments and Refund Policy
Price: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. This class is a regulatory compliance service. What you are purchasing is not entertainment or general education, it is documented completion of a class that satisfies a state, county, or court requirement, evidenced by a certificate that courts and agencies rely on. The service is delivered in full the moment your certificate is issued, and that certificate cannot be recalled from a court file once you have filed it. For that reason, enrollment is non-refundable once class content has been accessed.
Certificate Validity and Payment Reversal
Your certificate is valid because your enrollment is paid. If payment is reversed for any reason, including a chargeback or a bank dispute, your certificate is void as of the date of the reversal.
When a certificate is voided, three things happen automatically. Your class access ends. Your verification code stops confirming completion, and anyone who checks it, including your court, your attorney, or an agency, sees that the certificate is not valid, payment reversed rather than a confirmation of completion. And because we may have already reported your completion to a court or agency, we correct that record with them, since we are not willing to let an official file show a completion that is no longer valid.
Class Access
Once you complete your purchase, you will have immediate access to the class. You can complete the class at your own pace. Your progress is saved automatically. Access remains available for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Completion Requirements
To receive your certificate, you must complete all lessons in the class and pass a review with a minimum score of 70%. You may retake the review if you do not pass on the first attempt.
