- Case information: State, county, and court case number.
- Class progress: Lessons completed, review responses, and completion dates.
- Certificate information: Certificate number and verification code.
- Technical information: IP address and approximate location at signup, and the referring site or campaign that first brought you to us.
- Mailing information: Recipient name, mailing address, and phone number if you order the printed version of the class.
- Attorney information: Your attorney's name and email if you choose to provide them so we can notify your attorney when you complete the class.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide access to our online co-parenting class.
- Generate your official certificate of completion.
- Allow courts to verify your certificate.
- Communicate with you about your account or class.
- Process payments through our payment processor.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you text our business number, we collect your phone number and the content of your messages so we can respond. We use this information only to provide customer service, such as answering questions about your account, class access, or certificate, and to receive photos of completed work from customers taking the printed Mail-Out version of the class.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your phone number and text messaging opt-in are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for full SMS terms.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe to securely process payments. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your login session active, and one first-party cookie that records how you first found our site (the referring site and any campaign tags, kept for 90 days). We also use Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our platform:
- Supabase: Secure data storage and authentication.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Vercel: Web hosting.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery (welcome emails, certificates, password resets).
- Google Analytics: Aggregate site-usage statistics.
- Sentry: Error monitoring so we can fix technical problems; personal details are scrubbed from error reports.
Certificate Verification
Your certificate includes a QR code and a verification code that allows courts and attorneys to confirm the authenticity of your certificate. The verification page displays only your legal name, the class completed, dates, and the case information you provided.
Data Security
We protect your information using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure cloud storage, and restricted access to personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.

Data Retention
