Need a status right now?
Email info@puttingkidsfirst.org from your work address with your client’s name and the email they enrolled under. We confirm the request came from your agency, match the client against our records, and reply with where they stand. The reply goes only to your work address.
Holding a certificate?
Scan the QR code on it, or type the short address printed beside the code, and our live registry shows the name, class, dates, and certificate number exactly as recorded at issue. Details cannot be changed after a certificate is issued. How verification works
