Hillsborough County Circuit Court (13th Judicial Circuit)

Statute: FL Stat. § 61.21

If a Hillsborough County judge ordered you to take a parenting class in your Tampa-area divorce or custody case, our class is approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families and by the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.

Florida law (FL Stat. § 61.21) gives petitioners 45 days from filing the case to finish the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Class. Other parties have 45 days from service. Proof of completion is required before the final judgment, and the Hillsborough County clerk in Tampa accepts our certificate without question.

The class is online and self-paced. You can start tonight from your phone, pause when you need to, and resume anytime. Once you finish the class, your certificate is emailed instantly with a QR verification code — and your attorney is notified.
